I unfortunately rated this item a 1 star due to it stopped working after 7 months of ownership. My original review stated how much I loved this device as it really worked and did much for my pain issues. Mostly disappointed that it stopped working for the price I paid and had no other recourse as the warranty had ended long before.I kept looking at my device which I keep next to my bed thinking how could this be. Upon further investigation, it was still plugged into the charger BUT........ I finally looked at the wall plug, and low and behold it was disconnected from the wall socket. It was at that moment I figured out what happened. My housekeeper must have unplugged it to use the vacuum and never put it back in.Suffice to say, I feel so sad that I had written my original review. This of course had to be amended immediately. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because that is how important and effective this device is to me! I highly recommend anyone purchase this device and experience the relief I've experienced. I pray no one ever regrets it!I hope this hasn't caused any negative reaction to your business.

I had very low hopes for this device. I had bought another one a year ago that did absolutely nothing. A couple weeks ago my dog jumped on the sofa and hurt his back and was in excruciating pain so I went ahead and ordered this as the last resort. The second I put it on him he yawned and laid his head down and rolled over on his side, fully relaxed. We're going on almost 2 weeks now and I can tell he's feeling better and better and more mobile than he was even before his minor injury. I do 220 minute sessions on the PW setting in the morning and in the evening . This thing works!.

Update: the company reached out and sent me a new one that arrived in just 2 days. Very impressed with the customer service and the product works with relieving muscle tightness . So very happy:)Bought in October, it's already garbage. It worked well when it worked. But for something that costs this much, at least a year of use would have been nice. It started not holding a charge after a few months and now it will not charge at all.
