Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 180-day return policy, meaning you have 180 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Requirements:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please complete our online return form. This helps us process your return and refund accurately.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Important:

After we receive and inspect the device, we will issue your refund.

All shipping fees, import duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

Products damaged due to accident, negligence, improper use, or loss during shipping are not eligible for a refund.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 13 business days after order placement.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

If you cancel your order within the permitted timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may instead proceed with a standard return request after receiving your product.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

We will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, please contact us first.

Exchanges will be processed after the original product has been returned and inspected.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
