I unfortunately rated this item a 1 star due to it stopped working after 7 months of ownership. My original review stated how much I loved this device as it really worked and did much for my pain issues. Mostly disappointed that it stopped working for the price I paid and had no other recourse as the warranty had ended long before.I kept looking at my device which I keep next to my bed thinking how could this be. Upon further investigation, it was still plugged into the charger BUT........ I finally looked at the wall plug, and low and behold it was disconnected from the wall socket. It was at that moment I figured out what happened. My housekeeper must have unplugged it to use the vacuum and never put it back in.Suffice to say, I feel so sad that I had written my original review. This of course had to be amended immediately. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because that is how important and effective this device is to me! I highly recommend anyone purchase this device and experience the relief I've experienced. I pray no one ever regrets it!I hope this hasn't caused any negative reaction to your business.
