I unfortunately rated this item a 1 star due to it stopped working after 7 months of ownership. My original review stated how much I loved this device as it really worked and did much for my pain issues. Mostly disappointed that it stopped working for the price I paid and had no other recourse as the warranty had ended long before.I kept looking at my device which I keep next to my bed thinking how could this be. Upon further investigation, it was still plugged into the charger BUT........ I finally looked at the wall plug, and low and behold it was disconnected from the wall socket. It was at that moment I figured out what happened. My housekeeper must have unplugged it to use the vacuum and never put it back in.Suffice to say, I feel so sad that I had written my original review. This of course had to be amended immediately. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because that is how important and effective this device is to me! I highly recommend anyone purchase this device and experience the relief I've experienced. I pray no one ever regrets it!I hope this hasn't caused any negative reaction to your business.
Updated My review, originally was sent a defective item, but the company was very good about sending me a new working one. Ive only had it for 1 week and so far not a ton of improvement in my tennis elbow but they say i need to use it continually for 4 weeks so I will check back at 4 week mark!
I was extremely excited to use this product for my elderly rabbit who has arthritis during the cold winter in Arizona and can't wait to continue to use it!

I got this in the mail a few days and so far it's working good. I love how easy it is to use. Very simple to start the device and use it. I was expecting it to be hot while using, but no it stays cool. You can't even feel it. I've been wanting one for while since I heard that methalene blue and red laser therapy works well together. I'm glad to finally have one. I'm excited to use it long term and see good results hopefully in reducing pain.
