I've only used this handheld red light therapy device a couple of times so far, but I'm already starting to notice small improvements. My knees feel a little less stiff, and the soreness in my shoulders after workouts hasn't been as bad. I'm aiming to use it regularly on my shoulders since I've had ongoing issues with them for a while, and I'm hopeful it'll help over time.I like that it has adjustable settings, so I can change the intensity depending on what area I'm working on. The build quality also feels solid. It's sturdy in the hand and doesn't feel cheap. It's cordless, which makes it easy to use while relaxing on the couch, and the warmth from the light is comfortable and soothing without getting too hot. The battery lasts a few sessions before needing a charge, and it's simple enough to move around to different spots.A few quick notes:It's early days. I'm not expecting huge changes overnight, but I'm encouraged by what I've seen so far.Small treatment area. If you want to cover more than one muscle group, you'll need to take your time and move it around. So far, I'm impressed. If these small changes keep building, this could turn into a really valuable part of my recovery routine. But it's still early days, I'll update later if I find that this isn't helpful.Last note this is a very expensive red light device. This one does have more LEDs, awider wavelength range, and seems to be more powerful than other devices that I've read about. That said I cannot 100% say that the price of this device is reflected in the value that you'll receive.
